Stainless steel storage tanks are made of stainless steel. Compared with ordinary rotomolded storage tanks, stainless steel storage tanks can withstand higher pressure and are widely used in many high-pressure applications. Stainless steel storage tanks also feature excellent sealing performance, preventing the intrusion of harmful substances and insects from the air, ensuring that the liquid stored in the tank is not contaminated by external factors and prevents the breeding of red worms. Therefore, stainless steel storage tanks are mostly used for storing and transporting food and pharmaceuticals, and are also used in the brewing and dairy industries.
1. Stainless steel storage tanks have strong corrosion resistance: they are not corroded by external air or residual chlorine in water. Each tank undergoes rigorous pressure testing and inspection before leaving the factory.
2. Stainless steel storage tanks have good sealing performance: The sealed design completely prevents harmful substances and insects from airborne dust from entering the tank, ensuring that the water quality is not contaminated by external factors and prevents the breeding of red worms.
3. The scientific water flow design prevents sediment at the bottom of the tank from being stirred up by the water flow, ensuring natural stratification of domestic water and fire water. The turbidity of domestic water exiting the tank is reduced by 48.5%, while the water pressure is significantly increased. This helps improve the performance of domestic water and fire water facilities.
4. Stainless steel storage tanks do not require frequent cleaning: Sediment in the water can be discharged simply by periodically opening the drain valve at the bottom of the tank. Scale can be removed once every 3 years using simple equipment, reducing cleaning costs and completely avoiding contamination by human bacteria and viruses.
