    • This equipment is made of stainless steel, with a built-in heating device. The heating method is jacket electric heating (with heat transfer oil inside the jacket). It features a reasonable structure design, advanced technology, and durability.       The stainless steel stirring tank body and tank lid can be connected using a flange seal or welding. Inlet, outlet, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam distillation, and venting process ports can be added to the tank body and lid according to process requirements. A transmission device (motor or reducer) is installed on the top of the stainless steel stirring tank lid, driving the stirrer inside the tank via a transmission shaft. The stainless steel stirring tank allows for variable frequency speed control and automatic temperature control. The shaft seal can use various forms such as mechanical seals or packing seals (determined according to user needs). The stirrer can be configured in various forms such as paddle, anchor, frame, and spiral types.
