【Product Features】

【Dimensions】
The size is Φ570mm*1017mm, the total volume is 200L, and the roughness of the inner and outer surfaces of the tank is Ra=0.2μm.
【Material】
The inner surface of the tank is a grinding plate to ensure the roughness of the inner wall and comply with the RoHS standard.
【Drop Height Test】
Before the test, the IBCS is filled with a mixture of 95% of its capacity of water and sand (the density is adjusted to be the same as the density of the weighed material) and the height of the test part is raised from the impact surface. According to IMDG requirements, the drop height should be H=2.1m. No loss of internal contents, no leakage.
[Technology Features]
The tank body welding method is different from GTAW and TIG processes. It uses laser welding. Compared with the traditional method, the appearance of the weld is narrow and smooth. At the same time, the weld strength, pore control, flaw detection test and other performance results are significantly improved.
