Project Overview:
The Phase II Oil-to-Hydrogen Project of Zhenhai Base uses de-oiled asphalt, vacuum residue and desolidified oil slurry as raw materials, and adopts Sinopec's SE oil gasification technology with independent intellectual property rights. It is currently the largest single-furnace heavy oil gasification unit.
